Very easy to work with; friendly staff; very helpful in working through problems that were run into and supplied me with thorough understanding of each step of the process.  Previous questions answered all my thoughts. Happy I was told about them to use for my home loan process.

I have already referred my daughter and son in law and I've told friends how it would benefit them to use Jeff instead of a traditional bank. My loan officer worked with me above and beyond to get my home loan approved.

My mortgage consultant Jeff was great at keeping me up to date and notifying me of the status throughout the home loan process and I never had any issues getting in touch with him when I needed to. I tried two other mortgage companies before this which were big headaches -- but Jeff was efficient from the beginning. I wish I had gone with him the first time around! 

Professional friendly staff (both our loan agent and the underwriting lead). Wonderful technology with eSignatures throughout the process auto text messages every time a new document was available and prompt funding of our loan during closing. I highly recommend! Jeff Love was great to work with!
